Privacy Policy
Corezzle Elektronik Anonim Şirketi ("COREZZLE," "us," "we," or "our") is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy in connection with your use of our website, www.corezzle.com ("Website(s)"), and our other products, services, and features. (The Website and other content, services, and products are collectively referred to as the "Product" and/or "Products" under these Terms. The Products may be updated from time to time at COREZZLE's sole discretion.) This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") and the other documents referred to herein set out the principles governing the processing of personal data that we collect from you or that you provide to us in connection with the Products. Please read the following carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and how we will collect, use, and disclose it.
1. DATA WE MAY COLLECT
We may collect and process the following data relating to you:
We collect your personal data in order to provide and continuously improve our products and services.
When you visit our Website, we collect your personal data, to the extent permitted by you and as specified in our privacy notices, solely for the purpose of providing certain services. Our personal data collection activities relating to various processes (e.g., the membership process and product sales processes) are detailed in the Customer Information Notice.
2. PRIVACY AND SECURITY
The security of your personal data is our highest priority. In this regard, we would like to state that we follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal data you provide to us both during transmission and after receipt. Except as set out in the "Disclosure of Personal Data" section below, we do not share your personal data with third parties without explicit consent of the nature defined under applicable regulations.
3. NEWSLETTERS AND OTHER ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
If you subscribe to our newsletters to receive commercial promotional content from COREZZLE by email and/or through commercial electronic communications by any other means, we will use the data you provide to maintain the communication you have requested. You may notify us that you wish to unsubscribe from commercial communications by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of such email communications or by contacting [email protected]. We will remove you from our email list immediately upon receiving such a request.
If you share your phone number with us, either directly or through a third party, for specific purposes such as receiving SMS messages that we send in order to provide our Products and/or Services to you, you may receive SMS messages for those purposes ("SMS Service"). We would also like to remind you that, in some cases, you may be required to pay standard SMS charges in connection with this service. Please remember that you may opt out of this service at any time.
4. TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
COREZZLE, together with its analytics company partners, uses technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts. These technologies help avoid the need to enter the same information multiple times; for example, once you enter your username and password, that information can be remembered automatically on each new page you open. These technologies also enable us to measure your experience while using the Products.
We partner with third parties such as Google and Facebook to manage advertising activities relating to the Products. Our third-party partners may use cookies and similar technologies to collect data in order to provide you with advertisements such as retargeting ads. Please note that, in any event, this does not mean that you will not be shown advertisements. You may continue to receive general advertisements on such third-party platforms. Changing your advertising preferences in your Google or similar accounts may also be a useful option.
We use third-party trackers to determine when users access the Products by clicking our content or sponsored advertisements on third-party platforms. Our Products use Google Analytics code to collect statistical data. Google Analytics contains cookies that help us accurately estimate the number of visitors to the Products and the volume of use of the Products. This is necessary so that we can make improvements that allow the Products to operate as quickly as possible at any given time. For more information about how Google Analytics processes this data, visit www.google.com/analytics.
We will obtain your consent to use the trackers described above to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
For more information about the types of cookies used by COREZZLE, how their activities can be restricted, and how you can disable them through your browser settings, please review the COREZZLE Cookie Policy.
LOG FILES
As with most websites, we collect certain data and store it automatically in log files. This data may include Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring and exit pages, operating system, date and time stamps, and/or clickstream data.
If you receive our email newsletter in HTML format, we are notified when you open the newsletter. Likewise, your clicks on links in the newsletter are recorded. This data and other statistics are used together to determine the level of interest in our content at that time and to make more informed decisions about that content in the future.
5. STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
All data you provide to us is stored on secure servers. Where we provide you with a password that enables you to access Corezzle, or where you create such a password yourself, you are entirely responsible for keeping that password confidential. We recommend that you do not share your password with anyone and that you change it frequently.
6. THIRD-PARTY SIGN-IN METHODS
You may sign in to Corezzle using sign-in services such as Google or Apple Sign-In. These services authenticate your identity and give you the option to share certain personal data with us (such as your name and email address) and to automatically complete the registration form.
8. DATA RIGHTS
Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") are regulations designed to provide greater transparency regarding the data being shared and how such data is used, and to give individuals more effective control over their personal data.
Accordingly, in line with our commitment to transparency and care for personal data, we adopt and apply the KVKK and GDPR regulations, which are largely parallel to one another, as a higher standard for our users worldwide.
Under applicable regulations, your fundamental rights regarding your data include, without limitation, the following:
Right of Access: The data subject has the right to access his or her personal data and the following information: (i) the purposes of the data processing; (ii) the relevant categories of personal data; (iii) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been or will be disclosed; (iv) the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored; and (v) whether automated decision-making is used and, if so, its consequences. We provide dedicated screens within the "My Personal Information" tabs in the Products so that such data can be viewed easily.
Right to Rectification: The data subject has the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her.
Right to Be Forgotten: The data subject has the right to request the deletion of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay. Upon request, COREZZLE will permanently and irreversibly anonymize your data in a manner that can never be reconstructed to identify you individually. However, this is not an absolute right, and COREZZLE may have legal or legitimate grounds for retaining such data.
Right to Restriction of Processing: The data subject has the right to restrict processing in circumstances such as where the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, the processing is unlawful, or the company no longer needs the personal data in order to provide its products or services.
Right to Data Portability: The data subject has the right to request the personal data concerning him or her that he or she has provided to COREZZLE in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. The data subject also has the right to transmit such data to another company, whether or not a competitor, without hindrance from COREZZLE. This right applies only where the processing of your personal data is based on your consent or on a contract and the processing is carried out by automated means.
Right to Object: The data subject has the right to object to the processing of his or her personal data. However, COREZZLE may rely on compelling legitimate grounds to continue processing. Where your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, we remind you that you have the right to object to such processing at any time. In particular, you may exercise this right by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the commercial communications you receive, or by signing in to your COREZZLE account, following the instructions provided there, and managing your privacy preferences.
You may access your personal data at any time in order to modify or update it through an online account or by emailing [email protected]. We will respond to your request within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable regulations.
