Advance Information — Sampling Stage. NAR-9151-E1 is currently at v0.1 Advance Information; you can apply for samples and early access. Mass production is targeted for 2026-08. Detailed electrical characterization will be finalized with production samples.

NAR-9151-E1 is a 18 × 18 × 1.9 mm, 48 edge-pad System-in-Package module designed for cellular IoT and location-tracking applications. It integrates the Nordic nRF9151 SiP (Arm Cortex-M33 @ 64 MHz, LTE-M / NB-IoT modem, GNSS L1 receiver, CryptoCell-312 + TrustZone security), an integrated GNSS LNA + SAW filter, an SP4T antenna switch, an integrated load switch, and an integrated eSIM (MFF2 form) in a single package. It is optimized for asset tracking, smart metering, smart-city, industrial remote monitoring, and personal-safety devices. NAR-9151-E1 consolidates dozens of discrete RF and power components into a single SiP, reducing board area and design complexity; it supports the nRF Connect SDK and NarRTOS development environments. Sold as a standard SiP, with project-based design services available for custom SiP variants.
